I am gross and perverted
I'm obsessed 'n deranged
I have existed for years
But very little had changed
I am the tool of the Government
And industry too
For I am destined to rule
And regulate you

I may be vile and pernicious
But you can't look away
I make you think I'm delicious
With the stuff that I say
I am the best you can get
Have you guessed me yet?
I am the slime oozin' out
From your TV set

You will obey me while I lead you
And eat the garbage that I feed you
Until the day that we don't need you
Don't got for help...no one will heed you
Your mind is totally controlled
It has been stuffed into my mold
And you will do as you are told
Until the rights to you are sold

That's right, folks..
Don't touch that dial

Well, I am the slime from your video
Oozin' along on your livin'room floor

I am the slime from your video
Can't stop the slime, people, lookit me go

Hello one and all, it has been a while.

There is not much to report.

I will turn 17 this upcoming Thursday so that will be cool.

They're selling postcards of the hanging
They're painting the passports brown
The beauty parlor is filled with sailors
The circus is in town
Here comes the blind commissioner
They've got him in a trance
One hand is tied to the tight-rope walker
The other is in his pants
And the riot squad they're restless
They need somewhere to go
As Lady and I look out tonight
From Desolation Row

Cinderella, she seems so easy
"It takes one to know one," she smiles
And puts her hands in her back pockets
Bette Davis style
And in comes Romeo, he's moaning
"You Belong to Me I Believe"
And someone says," You're in the wrong place, my friend
You better leave"
And the only sound that's left
After the ambulances go
Is Cinderella sweeping up
On Desolation Row

Now the moon is almost hidden
The stars are beginning to hide
The fortunetelling lady
Has even taken all her things inside
All except for Cain and Abel
And the hunchback of Notre Dame
Everybody is making love
Or else expecting rain
And the Good Samaritan, he's dressing
He's getting ready for the show
He's going to the carnival tonight
On Desolation Row

Now Ophelia, she's 'neath the window
For her I feel so afraid
On her twenty-second birthday
She already is an old maid

To her, death is quite romantic
She wears an iron vest
Her profession's her religion
Her sin is her lifelessness
And though her eyes are fixed upon
Noah's great rainbow
She spends her time peeking
Into Desolation Row

Einstein, disguised as Robin Hood
With his memories in a trunk
Passed this way an hour ago
With his friend, a jealous monk
He looked so immaculately frightful
As he bummed a cigarette
Then he went off sniffing drainpipes
And reciting the alphabet
Now you would not think to look at him
But he was famous long ago
For playing the electric violin
On Desolation Row

Dr. Filth, he keeps his world
Inside of a leather cup
But all his sexless patients
They're trying to blow it up
Now his nurse, some local loser
She's in charge of the cyanide hole
And she also keeps the cards that read
"Have Mercy on His Soul"
They all play on penny whistles
You can hear them blow
If you lean your head out far enough
From Desolation Row

Across the street they've nailed the curtains
They're getting ready for the feast
The Phantom of the Opera
A perfect image of a priest
They're spoonfeeding Casanova
To get him to feel more assured
Then they'll kill him with self-confidence
After poisoning him with words

And the Phantom's shouting to skinny girls
"Get Outa Here If You Don't Know
Casanova is just being punished for going
To Desolation Row"

Now at midnight all the agents
And the superhuman crew
Come out and round up everyone
That knows more than they do
Then they bring them to the factory
Where the heart-attack machine
Is strapped across their shoulders
And then the kerosene
Is brought down from the castles
By insurance men who go
Check to see that nobody is escaping
To Desolation Row

Praise be to Nero's Neptune
The Titanic sails at dawn
And everybody's shouting
"Which Side Are You On?"
And Ezra Pound and T. S. Eliot
Fighting in the captain's tower
While calypso singers laugh at them
And fishermen hold flowers
Between the windows of the sea
Where lovely mermaids flow
And nobody has to think too much
About Desolation Row

Yes, I received your letter yesterday
(About the time the door knob broke)
When you asked how I was doing
Was that some kind of joke?
All these people that you mention
Yes, I know them, they're quite lame
I had to rearrange their faces
And give them all another name
Right now I can't read too good
Don't send me no more letters no
Not unless you mail them
From Desolation Row

My top ten favorite actors.

1. Al Pacino- He is an amazing actor. His portrayal of Michael Corleone in the Godfather movies is the stuff of legends. Be it Scarface, Dog Day Afternoon, Scent of a Woman, Carlito's Way, or any of his other movies he always delivers spectacular performances.

2.Robert De Niro- An amazing actor as well. Taxi Driver, Once Upon A Time In America, Raging Bull, Deer Hunter, Casino, Goodfellas are just some of his finer moments as an actor.

3.Jack Nicholson- Just look at that snarl of his. Whenever he appears in a movie he is always sure to steal the scene. One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Chinatown, A Few Good Men, Witches of Eastwick, As Good As It Gets, Batman are some of his best performances.

4.James Woods-See Once Upon a Time In America

5.Sean Penn-I never thought much of him until recently. Mystic River and The Interpreter are both amazing movies.

6.Hugo Weaving- V For Vendetta

7.Morgan Freeman-Shawshank Redemption

8. Christian Bale- In my opinion, the best actor of this generation. Batman Begins, American Psycho, Equalibrium are fantastic movies. He is also surprisingly good in the remake of Shaft.

9.Russell Crowe-May be an ass, but Gladiator, Cinderella Man, Master and Comander, The Insider, A Beutiful Mind, L.A. Confidential make up for that.

10.Willem Defoe-fucking The Boondock Saints

This weekend was a success!

I saw "Oncw Upon A Matress" again.
I watched Troll and Troll 2 with some friends. Troll 2 was #6 on IMDB's worst movies list.
I now own these albums:

Yanqui U.X.O.- Godspeed You! Black Emperor

Ágætis byrjun (An All Right Start)- Sigur Rós

The Fragile- Nine Inch Nails

I also finished V For Vendetta (The comic book)

and I watched Howl's Moving Castle, which was pretty good.

Tomorrow is school...

So good job everybody involved in "Once Upon A Matress."

So I might be getting a job at the Vestavia Bowling Alley, which would be pretty sweet.

Ice Harvest is a damn good movie.

Happy Bunny-thing Day everybody.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.

If you have not noticed, there hasn't been a Violence update in a while.
this was for two reasons. One, I hit a writer's block in the story and two, I got bored with the story. I enjoyed writing it, but it was too simple of a story and a little bit too mindless. It was like reading a comic book and it may be more suitable for a comic. I will try and finish it one day, but until I have moved on to bigger things.
I started writing a new story today, and I am in a really happy place because of it. I am already seven pages into it! I won't be posting any of this story on live journal (not that anyone really cares or would read it) and I probably won't be posting any more violence.
If my plans work out right, I'll start getting books published one day. And maybe Violence will be finished. If it does, I will dedicate the book to all of you who have read it as I posted, or let me use your names in the story. And I will thank all of you by name in the dedication page, because what are we as people without our friends. And you guys have been some of the best friends.
I still wish for every body's support in my endeavors and hope that one day if I make it as a writer, you will read my books.
Thank you everyone for being there and know that all my characters have characteristics taken from each and every one of you.
